EFB-Elektronik reaches a very high satisfaction in the online customer satisfaction survey


Bielefeld, 03/16/2022 Last year we asked our customers to rate us as part of an online survey.
With 22% response rate, we were able to improve again compared to the survey conducted in 2017 (2017: 20%). We got a great result, 8,39 out of 10 possible points.

Our top strengths, as cited by customers, are:
  • Quality of the products
  • Long Term Relationships
  • Customer Order Service

The service provided directly to the customer was highly praised and is one of the strengths of EFB-Elektronik, which makes us special in the market!
