Our employees face the daily challenges of modern life. They commit their daily work to our company and our customers. Our employees are our most valuable asset. The protection of their physical and mental wellbeing is of utmost importance to us. This is why occupational health and safety are essential components of our company objectives. They are on par with other important objectives such as profitability and quality. We focus daily on preventing problems for our employees’ health and economic situation in order to warrant the quality of our work processes and the success of EFB-Elektronik.

This is why we undertake to comply with all applicable occupational health and safety regulations and to support the health of our employees. Incentives and programs are initiated, supervised and evaluated in the interest of continuous improvement. An open information policy, training session and instructional courses as well as compliance with general safety rules assist in safe conduct for the protection of our employees and visitors.
