Adrian’s success story
Adrian applied for a position in our warehouse that was published in the database of the German Employment Office. Adrian’s resume was very interesting: He had completed his engineering degree in electronics and telecommunications, gained practical experience as a network administrator and completed his course to become a Microsoft certified systems engineer. Adrian was made redundant in his previous position within the IT industry.
Because looking for a new job coincided with a difficult time, he was not overly picky when continuing his career in the warehousing department of a new company. The multi-level recruitment process employed by EFB flagged Adrian’s expertise to our recruitment team, who assessed them against the requirements of a currently vacant position in the IT department at EFB. EFB called Adrian on the same day, verified his interest in this position and forwarded his application to the respective position. Adrian commenced his new role as an IT administrator at EFB eight weeks later and is today one of our highly appreciated team members here at EFB.
