Due to increasing demand of data transmission volumes, the requirements for fibre optic components such as splice boxes, installation cables, pigtails and jumpers are steadily increasing. Especially in the area of permanent installation, a long-term future viability of fiber optic cabling is indispensable, since subsequent modifications are difficult to implement and are associated with correspondingly high costs. The INFRALAN® fiber optic cable system consists of high-quality fiber optic breakout cables in all common connector variants, fiber optic splice boxes and matching inner- and outer cable with attenuation and transmission properties pursuant to IEC-14763-3. Moreover, the major components have been certified by an independent test laboratory. In addition, a system guarantee of 25 years can be acquired for fiber optic infrastructures installed by certified EFB partners.

25-Year system warranty for proper installation of the INFRALAN® cabling system as well as the prescribed limit values
In the case of a guarantee claim(proof by measurement protocols and further information) an analyzation of the complained components and subsequent a remedial action is performed EFB-Elektronik shall bear the costs if the defect is attributable to the product.
If the defect results from an improper handling of the product, EFB-Elektronik will reject the costs. EFB-Elektronik will not accept any downtime- or consequential costs.
