The new office building benefits from ideal transport links thanks to the IZ-NÖ Süd motorway junction. This strategic location south of Vienna provides quick access to the A2, A21 and S1 motorway junctions as well as easy access to Vienna-Schwechat Airport.

The business park in which the new office building is located is already home to over 80 well-known companies from 15 different countries and offers a diverse business environment.

Sufficient free parking spaces are available for visitors and customers to ensure a comfortable stay.
