Bielefeld, February 20, 2023 The severe earthquake in Turkey and Syria hit numerous people: Many people lost their relatives or friends, thousands were seriously injured or made homeless and are holding out in the sometimes freezing winter weather.

EFB-Elektronik supports the local aid organization ahbap with an immediate donation of €5,000 (around 100,000 Turkish Lira).

During this time, the EFB family is in close contact with our Turkish location. Fortunately, our colleagues are safe. However, Managing Director of EFB-Turkey Tuğrul Akarsu reports that acquaintances, friends, relatives and customers of our work colleagues from our Turkish subsidiary were also affected.

EFB-Elektronik immediately decided to help in the form of a donation. "Our thoughts are with our Turkish colleagues and all those affected and their families. We would like to express our deepest sympathy," explains Robin Ohle, Managing Director of EFB-Elektronik. "We hope that we can help the local rescue organization with the donation."
