In March, the EFB-Elektronik Wegweiser Event took place - a two-day meeting dedicated to exchange, further development and joint orientation. Employees from all hierarchical levels came together to discuss current market activities and strategic growth areas.

They worked, discussed and developed interactively in groups. Many ideas were collected and developed together. The intensive exchange promoted new perspectives and strengthened cross-divisional cohesion.

A central aspect of the event was the topic of corporate culture. The focus was on people - both internally and in partnership with our customers. This attitude also characterizes the daily cooperation at EFB-Elektronik.

The Wegweiser event was a lot of fun for all participants. The positive energy and the joint work on the topics of the future make it clear: we at EFB-Elektronik are looking ahead with motivation - with many new impulses and clear goals.
