Bielefeld, 08/12/2021 EFB-Elektronik supports flood victims in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate
The flood disaster in July 2021 has affected many people. In times of standing together, EFB-Elektronik also wants to make a contribution. For this reason, the Bielefeld-based company has decided to make a donation.
"After we saw the news coverage about the flood, it was clear to us that we wanted to help," says Uwe Doll, sales manager and authorised representative at EFB-Elektronik. When the sales team informed the customers that the company would forgo Christmas presents this year and instead donate the money to two relief organisations. The customers showed a lot of understanding and supported this decision.
EFB-Elektronik is donating € 3,000 each to the "Deutschland hilft" campaign, an alliance of 23 aid organisations working in the flood areas in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate, and to the "Aktion Lichtblicke e. V.".
"The suffering of the people in the flood regions is unimaginable. We feel for those affected and would like to express our greatest sympathy," explains Robin Ohle, Managing Director of EFB-Elektronik. "We hope that with the donations we can help people rebuild their livelihoods."
