The LevelOne HVE-6501 series is a powerful HDMI over IP distribution system. It consists of a transmitter (HVE-6501T) and a receiver (HVE-6501R). Video and audio signals are transmitted via multicast at 1080p @ 60hz over Cat.5e/6//A. The HVE-6501 series is designed for flexible use from small installations to large advertising applications. Areas of application include home theaters, advertising centers, factories, schools and many others. Powerful applications Each HDMI over IP extender consists of a local unit that is connected to the HDMI source. Each remote unit is connected to an HDMI display. The local unit and the remote unit can be connected in a PoE network via point-to-point connection, VLAN isolation, etc. Central control via PoE, RS-232 and utility The HVE-6501 is powered via PoE; the on/off control of the series can be carried out by a PoE Web Smart Switch. Each device has a DIP switch. With which group IDs can be assigned. The IDs can also be assigned via the utility. Unique cable solution The HDMI signals are transmitted via Cat.5/6/7 cables.
