Tobias Manthey becomes CCO at EFB-Elektronik

Bielefeld, June 9, 2026 – EFB-Elektronik GmbH has expanded its executive team with the addition of Tobias Manthey as of May 1, 2026, and will consolidate sales and marketing under a single leadership: As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the 41-year-old will be responsible for the strategic development of both divisions as part of the newly structured C-level management team. In his new role, he will focus in particular on further advancing the integration of sales, marketing, and digital processes. Robin Ohle, CEO of EFB-Elektronik, says: “With Tobias Manthey, we are gaining an experienced industry expert who brings great creative strength and a modern approach to the table.”

Manthey has many years of experience in sales, business development, and strategic market development in the B2B sector. After holding international leadership positions at Vivanco GmbH and as Chief Commercial Officer of Wentronic GmbH, he most recently served as Country Manager Germany for the Cellularline Group, where he was responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company’s German business.

Focus on Customer-Centricity and Processes

“We will move away from a one-size-fits-all approach toward true precision. Today, customers rightly expect us to understand their individual needs and address them specifically,” says Tobias Manthey. “For me, this includes efficient processes, the sensible use of digitalization and AI, and an even more personalized approach to our existing customers. At the same time, we want to clearly position EFB-Elektronik as what sets the company apart: a reliable partner on equal footing.” With Tobias Manthey on board, EFB-Elektronik’s C-level structure is now fully staffed. In addition to CEO Robin Ohle, the company’s top management team includes Stefanie Bühner (COO), Jonathan Warlich (CFO), Christian Kühn (CPO), and Tobias Manthey as CCO.
