Bielefeld, June 9, 2026 – EFB-Elektronik GmbH has expanded its executive team with the addition of Tobias Manthey as of May 1, 2026, and will consolidate sales and marketing under a single leadership: As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the 41-year-old will be responsible for the strategic development of both divisions as part of the newly structured C-level management team. In his new role, he will focus in particular on further advancing the integration of sales, marketing, and digital processes. Manthey has many years of experience in sales, business development, and strategic market development in the B2B sector. After holding international leadership positions at Vivanco GmbH and as Chief Commercial Officer of Wentronic GmbH, he most recently served as Country Manager Germany for the Cellularline Group, where he was responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company’s German business.

Focus on Customer-Centricity and Processes
