In order to make accessibility even more efficient and future-proof, EFB-Elektronik is converting its company-wide telephony solution to a new, modern structure. The aim is to make communication with your personal contact even more direct and easier - with improved quality and reliability you are used to.

The changeover will take place in stages at the following locations:

• 29.04.2025: Sonneberg and Puchheim
• 05.05.2025: Bielefeld, Herford, Raunheim and Buxtehude

What does this mean for you as a customer?
Your personal contact will receive a new telephone number as part of the changeover. However, there will be no change to your tried-and-tested support - you will still be able to reach your contact person directly and reliably. The telephone numbers of our head offices in the cities mentioned will remain unchanged. The Herford location will use the Bielefeld number from 05.05.2025.

Simply use our  contact page. Enter your zip code and click on “Find contact”. Your contact person will be displayed there, including all current contact details.
