The INFRALAN® data cable 999834.x-CPR is designed for transmissions up to 1500 MHz and, with its electrical transmission properties, exceeds the requirements of Category 7A. This cable is used for cabling routes of channel classes E, EA, F, and FA according to ISO/IEC 11801 (AMD 2:2009) and EN 50173-1 (2009).
The individual twisted pairs are protected against interference with the cable by a shielding foil (PiMF) and an overall braided shield. This excellent protection also prevents signals from being emitted from the cable. This shielding guarantees compliance with the emission standards according to Class B EN 55022 and immunity to interference according to EN 55024. The twisting of the individual pairs is optimized to minimize the propagation time difference (skew) between the pairs while ensuring maximum decoupling (crosstalk).
This cable enables transmissions of 10 GBit according to IEEE 802.3 and 25GBase-T up to 30m according to ISO/IEC TR 11801-9905 (2018-02).
